26-11-2022: Union MOS John Barla calls on Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati

Aizawl, the 26th November 2022: Shri John Barla, Union Minister of State for Minority Affairs called on Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati at the Raj Bhavan, this evening.

Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati warmly welcomed Shri John Barla, Union Minister of State, and briefed his esteemed guest on the progress of various developmental initiatives in the state. The Union Minister assured the Governor that the Central Government is committed towards uplifting minority communities in the country as the two exchanged important issues and topics about the welfare of minorities in Mizoram.

The visiting Union Minister of State will be departing for Lawngtlai on Dt 27.11.2022. He will have an official meeting with religious and political leaders in Lawngtlai before his return to Aizawl on the same day.
