Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati leads the participation of Mizoram at the Live Screening of Prime Minister’s address on Pariksha Pe Charcha
Aizawl, the 29th January 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 7th edition of the Pariksha Pe Charcha at Bharat Madapam, ITPO, New Delhi, today. About two crore students, parents, and teachers participated in this mega event. Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati led the virtual participation of the students, the teachers and the parents, and School Education officials in this event from Government Mizo High School Multipurpose Hall, Aizawl.
Before the live telecast segment where the Prime Minister gave his address, a short official function was held. The segment commenced with Dr Lalzirmawia Chhangte, Secretary, School Education who welcomed the participants with brief highlights of this important event. The program proceeded with an address by Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati.
In his opening address, the Governor briefly spoke about how this national program began, introducing to the students how the Prime Minister of India is deeply concerned with the students dealing with the stress of exams and how he went about intervening in this serious matter. He also spoke about a book called ‘Exam Warriors’ written by the Prime Minister himself advising the students with useful mantras on how to deal with exams.
In dealing with the stress relating to exams, the Governor urged the students to understand that the exam is not the end itself but rather is a stepping stone for future success. He advised the students to face the exams without stress and the fear of failure. To overcome the stress relating to the examination, the Governor also reminded the students and the parents of the supporting roles they must play.
