Governor Interacts With Internship Students From IIT Madras and NIT Mizoram
Aizawl, the 12th December, 2024: Mizoram Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati this evening interacted with 27 students from IIT Madras and NIT Mizoram, who are undergoing their internship programs in Mizoram.
Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati expressed gratitude for the students’ efforts and commended their enthusiasm to undertake internships in Mizoram. He encouraged them to effectively utilize their skills while enjoying their time in the state.
The internship program, which involves 12 students from IIT Madras and 15 from NIT Mizoram, is being conducted under the theme ‘Technology and Rural Development’ as part of the New India Mission. It will continue in Mizoram until January 9, 2024. During this time, the students will visit various villages, apply their expertise to assist in local development and engage with the community to share knowledge.
In this interaction, students shared their respective projects and experiences with the Governor.
