Governor Administers Oath of Office to First Chairperson and Members of Mizoram State Human Rights Commission

Mizoram Governor General (Dr) Vijay Kumar Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd), today administered the oath of office to the first Chairperson and Members of the Mizoram State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) at the Durbar Hall, Lok Bhavan, Aizawl. Justice Marli Vankung, former Judge of the Gauhati High Court, was sworn in as Chairperson, while Mr Vanlalenmawia, MJS (Rtd.) and Mr K. Lal Nghinglova, IAS (Rtd.), took the oath as Members of the Commission.
