Aizawl, the 11th March 2022 : The Vice President of India Shri M Venkaiah Naidu departed from Lengpui Airport wrapping up his Mizoram leg of the tour of two North Eastern states. He left by a special flight, Indian Air Force Boeing Business Jet for Bagdogra to visit Sikkim – the next leg of his tour.

Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Pu Zoramthanga, Social Welfare Minister Dr. K. Beichhua, Chief Secretary Dr. Renu Sharma, DGP Shri Devesh Chandra Shrivastava, DIG, Assam Rifles Brig. Digvijay Singh, Aizawl DC Dr. Lalhriatzuali Ralte, Aizawl SP Pu C. Lalruaia and other officials were present at the airport to see off the Vice President of India and his team.
