Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati wants young Mizo entrepreneurs to explore Horticulture and Tourism sectors
Aizawl, the 4th March 2022: On the day of Chapchar Kut, the biggest festival of Mizoram, Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati visited the flower farms of the Zopar Export Pvt.Ltd at Ailawng Village Council area and the Reiek Hill and Tourist Resort near Reiek Village, a 1-hour drive from Aizawl City.
During his visits to the sites, Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati expressed his optimistic views on exploring Tourism, Horticulture and Floriculture within the state. Based on the climate and the soil, he believed in the great potential of the state in the areas of Horticulture, Floriculture and Tourism. To earn good revenues from these areas, he was suggesting the creation of an encouraging atmosphere to attract young and adventurous entrepreneurs from the state. He also urged more established businessmen in the state with healthy capital to explore the potential in these fields.
