Governor Haribabu Kambhampati calls on HM Amit Shah
Aizawl, the 3rd August 2021: Governor Dr Haribabu Kambhampati met Union Home Minister Amit Shah yesterday afternoon at the Parliament House, New Delhi.
During his audience with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Governor Haribabu Kambhampati detailed the current situation within the state and at the border among other important issues of the state. Later on, Governor expressed his satisfaction of his meeting with Union Home Minister. He revealed that the Union Home Minister is taking up all the necessary steps to solve the border tension between the two neighbouring states. In this connection, Governor Haribabu had appealed the residents on both side to adopt peaceful approaches and restraints to enable conducive environment for realistic settlement.
