Lt Gen HS Sahi, GoC of III Corps (Spear Corps) calls on Governor Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati

Aizawl, the 16th January 2023: Lt Gen HS Sahi, General Officer Commanding III Corps (Spear Corps) paid courtesy call to Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati at the Raj Bhavan this afternoon. Major Gen VK Nambiar, IG(East), Assam Rifles, Brig Girish Upadhyay, DIG, 23 Sector Assam Rifles and other high ranking army officials were also present at this courtesy meeting.

Lt Gen HS Sahi briefly apprised the Governor about the role and presence of Indian Armed Forces in the area of North Eastern India. He spoke about the tasks performed by the armed forces in the region for maintaining peace and stability, the security scenarios and important issues concerning the region and also about the state of Mizoram.
