Mizoram Governor felicities NCC (NER) for outstanding performances
Aizawl, the 14th June 2024: Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati felicitated National Cadet Corps (NER) for their exemplary performance during the year 2023-24 in a function held at Durbar Hall, Raj Bhavan today. On behalf of the Directorate, MCC (NER), Major General Gagan Deep, Additional Director General received the Citation from the Governor of Mizoram.
In his felicitation speech, Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati commended NCC for the focused initiatives on character building, instilling confidence, and nurturing leadership qualities, and empowering the youth to contribute positively to our community and nation. He further, complimented the Group Headquarters and NCC Units of Mizoram for spearheading various social services and community development initiatives.
The Governor also shared his appreciation for NCC NER Car Rally for National Integration and the NCC MIzoram for their participation in events such as the Republic Day camps in New Delhi which showcased dedication and professionalism.
