Mizoram Governor Interacts With NGO Leaders

Aizawl, the 27th January, 2025: Mizoram Governor Gen (Dr) VK Singh, PVSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd) today interacted with leaders of Mizoram’s largest NGO, the Young Mizo Association (YMA), the state’s largest women’s organization, the Mizo Hmeichhe Insuihkhawm Pawl (MHIP) and the state’s largest student organization, the Mizo Zirlai Pawl (MZP) at the Raj Bhavan, a fruitful discussions was held on various important matters related to the development of Mizoram.

At today’s meetings, the NGO leaders had a cordial and productive meeting with the Governor. YMA leaders, led by CYMA President Pu Lalhmachhuana, met with the Governor in the forenoon. Later, MHIP representatives, headed by MHIP President Pi Ngurmawii Sailo, also met with the Governor. In the afternoon, MZP leaders, led by their Adviser Pu Peter Lalzawmliana had a fruitful meeting with the Governor as well.
