MSU seeks Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati to help out the students of CAU Imphal from Mizoram
Aizawl, the 31st July 2023: Pu Samuela Zothanpuia, President, MSU and his colleague called on Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati at Raj Bhavan today. MSU officials conveyed to the Governor the problems faced by students of Central Agriculture University, Imphal from Mizoram State. They requested the Governor to resolve the difficulties faced by the students.
The MSU leaders shared with the Governor a list of 39 Mizoram students currently studying at CAU, Imphal. Of the 39 students, 12 are final year students while the other 28 are required to submit their admission documents (hard copies) to CAU, Imphal before 2nd August, At the same time, these 28 students will have to face the examination shortly. Taking, the present situation into consideration, the MSU officials told the Governor that Imphal may not be safe for these students. In this regard, they requested the Governor to intervene in this matter and arrange alternatives with the authorities of CAU, Imphal.
